Saturn's largest moon Titan is larger in size than Mercury. It is the second largest satellite in the solar system. Titan is a very important place to give clues about how life came to life on Earth because it resembles the early Earth. There are huge lakes, traces of rain, and covered with organic chemicals, making it a great place to find the components of life.

Therefore, NASA decided to send a probe called dragonfly to Titan. Dragonfly is launched in 2026 and is expected to arrive on Titan in 2034. The exploration mission is expected to take about 2.7 years.

However, the Dragonfly looks a little different from the existing wheeled Martian rovers. This is because it is a drone probe that has 8 wings and flies here and there on Titan. You can fly like a drone while riding on Titan's diverse environment and an atmosphere made up of nitrogen, which is four times denser than Earth. Vertical take-off and landing are possible, so you can pinpoint the area of interest. It looks like they'll be flying around Titan in a hurry to look for prebiotic chemical processes.

In addition, they plan to fly and explore the Titan's atmospheric and surface characteristics, and the sea below the surface. The Dragonfly is expected to travel a total of 175 km or more, twice the combined distance traveled by rovers who have explored Mars so far.
